What You'll do:
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for the overall sales and service strategy at Blusource. You'll be accountable for driving revenue growth as well as building our brand. You will leverage your experience in both sales and marketing to enhance our market presence, maximize profitability, identify and launch new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with customers and strategic business partnerships.

As our Sales & Marketing Director, you will lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. You'll build and maintain key customer and partner relationships, manage marketing campaigns, stay abreast of market trends, and ensure cross-departmental alignment. To do this, you'll be responsible for:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Team Leadership & Development
Revenue, Sales Forecasting & E-Commerce Analytics
Customer Relationship Management, E-commerce Optimization, & Retention
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Education, Experience & Proficiencies:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven success in sales planning and execution (5+ years preferred)
Proven success in leading sales and/or marketing teams (3+ years preferred)
CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365
Paid Search/SEM/Google AdWords, Google Shopping, SEO, Google Analytics
Paid Social Media, Affiliate, and Display Marketing
UX Design and Data Visualization Tools (i.e. Tableau)
