Job Description:
Meadowview of Johnston, a premier assisted living and independent living facility, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Director to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. As the Marketing and Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our facility, attracting potential residents, and driving occupancy through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to assisted living and independent living facilities
Job Duties:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive occupancy and meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations
• Plan and execute marketing events, presentations, and outreach activities to promote Meadowview of Johnston within the local community
• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless transition for new residents
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents and their families
