Summary As a Sales and Marketing Administrator you will have exposure and the opportunity to broaden your skills through impactful work, mentored relationships, and will gain real world exposure to different projects on the Enerflex team. Based in Houston, Texas. Responsible for the coordination and execution of various marketing and communications initiatives and tactics. In this role, you will be required to collaborate on branding requirements, preparing sales presentations, and supporting the development of marketing material. You will also be required to drive internal and external communication projects and campaigns, including content development, to grow brand awareness across a range of target audiences, including customer focused events, tradeshows and conferences.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties General Marketing Activities Create sales presentation decks as needed in support of winning new business. Ensure alignment of messaging and global branding within these presentations. Work in partnership with the sales team to prepare Company information related to proposals, and customer requests regarding Enerflex capabilities. Provide on-going support with daily sales and marketing requirements for the USA region. Support the USA region in the planning and execution of both employee and customer events Facilitate communication involving employee events Collaborate with the Marketing team to secure and distribute branded / promotional items Ensure timely updates and maintenance are completed to Enerflex's intranet for the USA region. Liaise with the team to collaborate and support key customer initiatives. Assist with photo and video shoots. In collaboration with the USA VP Commercial, develop and manage calendar of strategic annual events. Manage RSVP process for events, including invitation design, distribution, and follow-up. Manage registration to conferences, events, and rooms (hotel and conference) General support with the execution of customer events and activities. Lead the volunteer effort on charity events, involving employee participation, e.g. MS 150 Provide Administrative support in annual goal setting and strategic planning for North Amercian sales Secure, order, pack, and ship promotional items. Manage and distribute Enerflex promotional items related to customer meetings, impromptu requests, trade shows, EFX remote employees, etc. including managing all inventory of promotional items. Perform clerical functions while ensuring the confidentiality of important materials. Complete other office duties and special projects as needed Qualifications Recent graduate in a Business or Marketing program at a recognized college or university. Must be dependable, highly motivated, and self-directed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Energetic work style with a strong drive to succeed. Self-motivated instincts with the ability to work well with minimal direct supervision or in a team environment and consult with team members/management as needed. Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
