Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing and proactive Sales and Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team from our Las Vegas office. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through direct outreach to individuals and projects through a variety of online channels and in-person events. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting KPIs, identifying new opportunities, and creating out-of-the-box pitch strategies to help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and growthManage partnership expansion and collaborationUtilize Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube to implement effective lead generationDevelop creative and innovative sales campaigns to reach target audiencesParticipate in Twitter spaces and livestreams to engage with prospective users to promote the VIMworld brandMonitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaignsManage budgets and allocate resources effectivelyStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to crypto, NFTs and DeFiDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2-4 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer acquisition, and lead generationExperience developing sales materials and pitch contentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partnersAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing prioritiesNatural ability to strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhereExtroverted personality with a passion for creativity and brainstorming If you are a self-starter with a strong passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency and a proven track record in sales, marketing and/or community management, we want to hear from you.
