Kelly has an excellent opportunity for a technical minded professional to join a leading manufacturer in Holliston, MA as a Sales and Technical Support Representative . This is an in-office Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role you will provide effective technical and sales support by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the company product line. This position is a fantastic starting pointy with a great organization and is open due to a promotion! Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Communicating with distributors and customers by phone and email
• Responding to product inquiries from domestic and international distributors and customers
• Assisting distributors and customers to ensure proper selection and installation of products
• Preparing detailed quotations for distributors and customers
• Coordinating customer and distributor activities with Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers
• Providing phone and email technical support for company product line
• Acting as a resource of technical information for customers, distributors, sales managers, and customer service reps on products, applications, and competitors
• Reviewing detailed specifications and making proper product selections
• Performing product troubleshooting activities in concert with Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers
• Conducting product training for distributors, customers, and internal personnel
• Participating in trade shows 
• Visiting field installations to provide support
• Assisting Product Managers on new product development and generation of product specifications
• Providing market data and information on competitors to Product Managers Skills and Requirements:
• Associates degree in electronics, engineering technology, industrial technology, or equivalent. Chemical Engineer educational path is a big plus!
• 3+ years' experience with analytical controls, metering pumps, and/or water treatment equipment highly preferred
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proven technical knowledge through educational achievements and work experience
