Key Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant: Take charge of preparing shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Conformance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards Manage Compliance and other forms with precision, obtaining necessary approvals and staying ahead of deadlines Be the go-to person for handling sample requests, ensuring customer libraries are fully stocked and organized Play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive customer handbook that outlines key requirements and enhances client relationships Keep the office running smoothly by handling administrative tasks like answering calls, managing mail, and ensuring the team is well-equipped with supplies Monitor and track shipment schedules, ensuring the sales team is always in the loop with the latest updates and changes Collaborate seamlessly with the other team members to ensure all shipping paperwork is accurate and approved Track shipments with ease and keep the team informed with timely delivery updates Step in to support Sales Assistants and tackle any additional tasks that keep the team on top of their game Requirements of the Sales Assistant: 2-5 years of experience in logistics or administration, preferably in a fast-paced setting Incredible organizational skills and an eye for detail, making sure nothing slips through the cracks A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with internal teams and external clients Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel A true team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to lift samples and boxes when needed Oracle experience is a bonus!
