We need more high energy people on our team to take care of more customers. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate at Marvin D. LeBlanc Insurance Agency, Inc in Metairie, LA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs, providing product recommendations, and closing sales. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and organized Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus Experienced Sales closer, ability to self initiate, work unsupervised. High energy, highly motivated.
