• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives• Cultivate existing customer relationships and build new ones• Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions• Assist patients in selecting frames• Coordinate frames with optical measurements• Conduct measurements using optical tools• Contribute to a positive store environment• Keep store displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized• Treat customers and colleagues with respect• Embrace new technology and adapt to a changing environment
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators• Basic phone and math skills• Ability to sell and meet sales goals• Strong communication skills• Self-Motivator with multitasking abilities• Ability to respond flexibly in a changing environment
