We are seeking a Sales Associate / Phone Repair Tech to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell phones and accessories to new and existing customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Learn hands on tech repair

(phones,computers,game

consoles & misc electronics)
Assist customers who need to wire money to other countries (envios de dinero)
Keep the shop clean which includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning the restroom
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Tech-Savy
Can manage stress very well
Must be bilingual
Must be comfortable being on camera and posted on social media
