The Shoe Fly is looking for a full time or part time sales associate at our location in Charlottesville Virginia!
Responsibilities:
Embrace the store culture and represent the Shoe Fly brand at it's highest level through professional selling & customer service. Greet customers and interact with them in order to clarify their needs. Shoe Fly is a "Sit and Fit" shoe store. Employees will be expected to measure, scan, and fit customers in top-of-the-line performance footwear. Close sales transactions efficiently and encourage repeat business. Work with a team in doing various day-to-day tasks of the store such as sales, customer liaison, stock control, store appearance, handling calls, and receiving/shipping out inventory.
