Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate in our Wealth Management division, you will support Account Executives in delivering exceptional service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, dynamic team, where you'll contribute to the growth of our wealth management business and develop your career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in facilitating trades and ensuring seamless executionRespond to client inquiries and provide market insightsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for service and growthConduct client outreach and support business developmentPrepare client presentations and materialsSupport day-to-day operations, client service, and Account Executive activitiesPerform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and processing formsContinuously learn about financial products to better assist the team and clientsRequired Qualifications: 2-5 years of industry experienceSecurities Industry Essentials (SIE) ExamSeries 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licensesStrong client relationship and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet researchDesired Qualifications: Experience with financial platforms such as Fidessa, Pershing, and AddeparBilingual in Portuguese is a plusJoin us and be part of a team that values innovation, creativity, and diverse perspectives to shape the future of wealth management.
