Responsibilities: • You will engage with Potential New Clients through video conferencing, telephone, and face-to-face meetings to facilitate clarity about their situation, provide education on available options, and support them in making informed decisions for their future. Please note that you will not provide legal advice. • Following office procedures, you will conduct meetings aimed at bringing new qualified cases to the firm and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients. • You will be tasked with ensuring new clients are equipped for a successful start to their case. • You will maintain meticulous records documenting all interactions with prospective new clients, including pre-meeting, during the meeting, and follow-up attempts. • You will oversee all inbound and outbound referrals to the firm. Qualifications: • Previous legal experience a plus • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor's degree is desired • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Strong computer and data entry skills • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
