Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing department and senior management to ensure uniformity in delivering sales pitches to clients.
Successfully close sales of financial solutions, demonstrating persuasive prowess.
Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with customers, aligning with their unique needs and preferences.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our client base and fortify our market presence.
Stay abreast of evolving markets and product landscapes, identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of competitors.
Compile comprehensive reports on sales performance, expenses, revenue, and forecasts for management review.
Solicit and integrate client feedback to enhance sales strategies and processes.
Provide hands-on support to sales team members in lead generation and deal closure.
Spearhead the implementation of innovative sales initiatives and programs to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
Willingness to travel and participate in seminars.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively train and mentor others.
