Every house has a roof - and every roof needs to be replaced every 15-30 years (with just 7-12 years for asphalt roofs). In Colorado, there's over 5 million homes just in the front range. Plus, the wind is pretty wild here in the Centennial State and it hails a lot. As such, it is estimated that another 50,000 roofs across the state need to be replaced even sooner during these bad weather storms.

Required Education and Experience
Proven sales and sales leadership experience from roofing company
High School Diploma
Outside commercial or residential sales representative experience
A proven track record in outside sales
Travel
This position will require up to 100% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).
SALARY & BENEFITS
The approximate and expected annual compensation range for this role, depending on sales and results, is $80,000 - $150,000+ (Base + Performance Bonuses).
