Sales Consultant

Estridge Homes , Indiana's Hometown Builder for over 50 years, is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving neighborhood sales goals. Generating traffic, nurturing leads, and delivering a seamless home building experience for customers will all be priorities in this position.   Responsibilities Consistently seek to understand the customer's needs and Estridge Homes' offerings to create win-win solutions Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities Utilize sales techniques to develop leads and gain customer commitment Build and leverage relationships with Real Estate Agents Ability to collaborate with and learn from internal partners across multiple departments to best serve the customer and generate sales Qualifications 3-5 years of Sales Experience Background in New Home Construction, Real Estate, or comparable industry is required Strong interpersonal skills, customer service driven Excellent communication and negotiation skills Employment Status Full Time Position (40 Hours per week) Must be available to work weekends with two days off during the week Competitive Base Salary + commission structure PTO, Company Health Insurance, 401k and Profit Sharing
