This is a full-time position for an energetic and self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to prove their ability in sales.
Primary Responsibilities:Identify Investment professionals in assigned region to promote Nova servicesParticipate in point-of-sale presentations to plan sponsors to represent Nova's solutionsMaintain frequent contact with key producers through on-site visits, seminars, webinars, conference calls, and other presentation mediaUnderstand the competitive industry environment; identify and analyze market trends while providing recommendations and feedback to the management teamBuild and service strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partnersTravel to offsite periodic sales trainingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experienceSales experience (related or not); preferably internal or external wholesalingExcellent sales and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProven sales ability a plus; must be able to move the needleStrong ability to build relationships and create partnershipsKnowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plusWe offer a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. The total compensation package includes base salary, commission and bonuses, providing an opportunity for high achievers to significantly enhance their overall earnings.
