Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Sales Contract Coordinator will provide support to the Division and customers in procuring the sales and preparing the sale for the close.

Your Responsibilities on the Team  Review, check and prepare sales contracts for approval.
Ensure contracts get entered into appropriate reporting and accounting systems.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales activities are kept up to date and reported on time (e.g., sales, cancellations, traffic).
Provide timely information to the purchasing, construction and sales teams.
Other activities as assigned related to sales contract processing.
Requirements Minimum High School or GED required.
Strong detail orientation with excellent computer and organizational skills.
Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative role, Homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Accounting background a plus.
Microsoft Office with accounting system experience, JD Edwards preferred.
Analytical ability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Contacts Regular interaction with Division Associates, outside vendors and/competitors, and New Home Consultants.


Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $19.61 - $36, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.This position may be eligible for bonuses.This position may be eligible for commissions.This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the Company due to factors affecting the business.
