We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team! This entry-level role is your gateway to a thriving career in hotel Sales!
What Will I be Doing?
Provides the director and managers of sales, catering, and events with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation
Taking leads via email and phone and distributing them to the managers
Building House accounts, inputting rooming lists, and making adjustments as needed to group contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders
Preparing all site visit details to potential clients
Preparing all amenities for VIP clients and groups
Additional tasks or special projects requested by the managers and directors
