SALES COORDINATOR JOB AVAILABLE IN FRANKLIN, MA Volt is immediately hiring for Sales Coordinator in Franklin, MA As a Sales Coordinator , you will be:
· Coordinates appliance phone support for inquiries from sales.
· Received Incoming and outgoing calls to customers to schedule their appliance delivery/install.
· Prepares timely and accurate information for incoming requests and status inquiries.
· Attention to detail when scheduling and coordinating delivery.
· Maintain accurate calendars and systems software data
· Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
· Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
· Collaborates with other departments and locations to ensure timely shipment of orders.
This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: · Prior customer service experience and pleasant phone etiquette
· Knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Outlook.
· Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
