Sales Coordinator**

Our Client is on an upward trajectory and seeks a dedicated Sales Coordinator to enhance our sales force and contribute to our business objectives. This role is pivotal to our sales team, focusing on the preparation of proposals and support in project planning.

**Key Duties:**
- Engage with customers and bidders to gather necessary details for proposal preparation.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Engineer to outline detailed project scopes.
- Ensure prompt and accurate data management in Salesforce CRM.
- Update the Sales Team with crucial project insights, fostering a partnership within the team.
- Act as an alternate contact for customer inquiries related to sales.
**Prerequisites and Skills:**
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Prior experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Quick learner, especially in understanding technical solutions.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in managing deadlines.
- Essential to have experience in the construction industry, with a preference for knowledge in HVAC and lighting controls.
- Strong team orientation with a commitment to collective goal attainment.
