Window Nation, the 3rd largest retail window/door company in the country, has a great opportunity available for a full-time Sales Coordinator located at our regional branches. This role is vital, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, and directly supporting the regions Sales Managers. Responsibilities include general administrative duties such as general communication, reporting, and electronic filing. Most important, this person will be the liaison between our remote branches and the Shared Services (Administration) department.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who is computer savvy and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced business environment. This person will support all the sales activities related to the position to build a strong business relationship with customers.
\n Core Role ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Sales Department management personnel, related to moving jobs through internal company workflowsCreate and send change orders to customersAbility to manage and execute on assignments with competing prioritiesCommunicate with customers with positivity and engagement on regular basisAssist with Homeowners Associations (HOA) approvals as necessaryGive support to the Sales Manager on customers' requirementsUnderstand the products and specific details for each oneTake on project-oriented research and tasks as necessary Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ Years in an administrative/coordinator function Preferred QualificationsCustomer service-oriented attitude always, internally, and externally, to include timely follow up on open itemsOrganizational skills that allow you to effectively and efficiently complete your work to achieve deadlines and deliverablesOverall computer fluency is a must in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point and the ability to work spreadsheetsAbility to become familiar with company-specific programs and softwareExperience in Sales Force-CRM and Home improvement industry a big plus; but not mandatoryAbility to manage shifting priorities and adjust well to changeCreative problem-solving skillsScheduling and coordinationHigh degree of energy, motivation, and dedication to quality and excellence
