We are looking for an energetic, reliable  Sales Counselor  to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Sales Counselor, Full Time This position will be responsible for: Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents/families Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner. Touring the community and model residences Responsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director's approval. Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information. Position Requirements: Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts. Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics At least two years of a successful sales track record Experience in memory care preferred Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred) Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
