\n What you'll do: Conduct highly targeted prospecting into qualified accountsWork closely and collaboratively with the account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plansApply an account-based sales approach including detailed research and personalized outreach to assist in account expansion and developmentWork internally with other departments to provide data/feedback you are hearing from prospectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team About you: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong interest in a customer-facing roleThe ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environmentExperience hitting and reporting on individual KPIsThe technical aptitude to master our CRM systemA highly self-driven sense of motivationThe ability to deal with objections and handle rejection Bonus points: Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferredExperience working around advanced manufacturing companiesAcademic background or professional experience in any of the following: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing equipmentAccount-based selling knowledge and experience
