About the Role As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about our company mission and can channel that energy into generating excitement amongst your prospective provider leads. Meeting and exceeding performance expectations motivates you, given that you are directly contributing to redesigning behavioral health as you recruit high-quality providers.

What you will do Successfully manage pipeline, inclusive of both warm and cold-generated leads. Be proactive in generating and prospecting new leads. Screen and qualify providers to join our growing group at SonderMind as the point of initial contact for prospective providers. What does success look like? Meet or exceed monthly performance goals for provider Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). Includes both warm and cold SQL monthly targets in assigned territory states. Performance will be measured weekly to ensure pacing toward targets. Who You Are 1+ years of inside sales experience. Experience working with a high volume of inbound inquiries, external cold outreach, and a large number of prospective relationships. Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts to changing demands. Brings a positive and professional attitude to work every day. Growth mindset, always ready to learn and apply new strategies or approaches. Superior attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized. Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Familiar with Lead Generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred). Experience working for a high-growth company. Experience working in the healthcare industry. Our Benefits The anticipated base salary rate for this role will be $50,000 per year with on-target earnings between $65,000- $70,000. This position will also be eligible to participate in the company's uncapped commission plan.
