Job Summary: Sales Development Representative, Sales Coordination, Inbound and Outbound Customer Care, Support, Service, Booking Appointments, LinkedIn Outreach, Appointment Setting, Relationship Management, Customer Retention
Location: Highland Heights
Pay: $30,000 - $36,000 a year DOE with additional Bonus and Commission opportunity for up to $60,000 a year
Pay Period: 15 days

Sales Commission: Potential to make up to $60,000 a year on top of salary; Commission
Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, M-F or 9 am to 6 pm, M-F + Trade Show travel which is mandatory + Client-travel as and when needed
Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Development:Make outbound calls to existing clients & leads to promote and sell a product or service.Conduct LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting.Book and manage appointments for clients and leads.Create, maintain, and update notes on our CRM.Monitor competitors products or services and help create selling strategies for our products or services. Customer Care and Retention:Provide exceptional customer care by handling customer needs and requirements, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.Follow up, nurture existing customers, and build relationships through email, text, phone, and Zoom.Deliver post-sales support to our wholesale clients, including training, marketing support, and sales coaching.Receive inbound customer calls and provide support or service.Focus on relationship management and customer retention.Assist new customers in understanding and using the companys products or services effectively.Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that meet the customers' needs.Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to reward and incentivize repeat business.Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs. Experience Preferred: Sales, Relationship Management, Outbound Sales, Customer Support, Customer Care, Client-Facing Experience, Strong Communication Skills.Must be proficient in MS Suite, Email, Zoom, Word, Excel, Google Suite.Must be digital-savvy as we are a paper-free, digitally-forward company that heavily relies on all new-age digital technology and software to work, i.e., Google Suite, email, text, marketing automation platform, Zoom, Learning Management software, our eCommerce platform, and ERP. We will train you, but if you are not digital-friendly and cant adapt, this role is not for you!
