Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at BloXroute. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting BloXroute's products and services to key stakeholders.
\n ResponsibilitiesProactively seek and cultivate new relationships within the Defi/Blockchain segment focusing on Ethereum, BSC, Solana Engage in daily prospecting initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead qualification and meeting schedulingManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team on best practices to move forward Collaborate internally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff of leadsConduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain spaceDrive referrals by your exceptional workMaintain and track all records in the CRMPrepare and report to BD lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly results RequirementsBachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experienceAbility to prospect new opportunities Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companiesExceptional communication skills with a data-driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of blockchain/Defi technology is requiredKnowledge using a CRM systemStrong desire and ability for growth within a sales organization
