Our Solution:
With deep tech and manufacturing industries in the US on the rise, existing software tools struggle to keep up with the rapid iteration and accelerated pace of hardware development. Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Understand and communicate Integrate's value proposition to hardware developers and program managers in deep tech.
Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted strategies for lead generation.
Nurture relationships with potential customers, moving them through the sales funnel.
Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
Keep CRM systems up to date with all lead information and outreach activity.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments in hardware and deep tech.
You Are:
Comfortable with 45+ hour work weeks.
Adaptable to "early startup chaos" and capable of building processes from the ground up.
An excellent communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experienced in a fast-paced, agile environment, where each customer interaction could drive significant product impact.
Resilient, patient, and creative in solving problems.
Detail-oriented but driven by urgency.
Eager to learn and grow, while maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor and a sense of humor.
Willing to relocate to Seattle.
Necessary Experience:
2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in SaaS or tech at a very small start up (Proficiency in building and managing sales pipelines using tools like Pipedrive or HubSpot.
Ability to prospect and engage mid-market and enterprise customers through outbound strategies.
Nice to Haves:
Knowledge of the deep tech or hardware development sectors.
Experience in selling SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise clients.

Salary range is base w/ 40-60% bonus potential based on performance. Premium health insurance, vision, dental covered. Equity stake.
