The Sales Institutions Team Our Sales Institutions Team is dedicated to building strong partnerships with international governmental, non-governmental, and top-tier sports organizations. We focus on forging strategic alliances while uncovering untapped markets, connecting organizations, and leveraging Interprefy's expertise in technology, security, procurement, and user experience to drive growth and innovation. The Sales Institutions Team works closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations departments to ensure meaningful and impactful engagement with prospects and clients. Together, we position Interprefy as the trusted partner of choice for multilingual communication solutions. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for potential institutional clients, representing Interprefy with professionalism and enthusiasm.Qualify inbound leads through engaging sales discovery processes via video calls, audio calls, and emails.Generate and nurture leads by building relationships with warm prospects and identifying new opportunities strategically.Seamlessly guide qualified leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.Enhance the customer journey by:
Sharing feedback with the team to improve prospect interactions.Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to optimize prospect and customer experiences.Monitoring and reporting key metrics, findings, and trends to management.Create accurate, insightful reports to track lead status and inform strategy.Support management with administrative tasks aimed at improving sales processes.Is this You?
