About The Role As our CPG division continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Director to enhance our presence across the US. In this role, you will utilize your experience and network within the CPG industry, along with your expertise in digital advertising, to develop and foster relationships. You will leverage Ogury's mobile solutions to both retain existing clients and secure new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include supporting our team in the daily execution of strategies with agencies and advertisers. You will collaborate with your team to identify, source, pitch, negotiate, close, and manage digital advertising revenue. As a subject matter expert, you will educate both your sales team and clients about Ogury's offerings, serving as a thought leader to strengthen our industry presence and engagement. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, with a requirement to work in the office at least 2 days per week. What you will do:Drive awareness and adoption of our mobile solutions among agencies and advertisers through client presentations, industry conferences, and direct sales effortsDevelop new business while facilitating the continued growth of existing client relationshipsCreate and implement sales strategies to foster long-term revenue growth and build strategic partnershipsCollaborate with advertising contacts to support the sales team and drive business growthAid the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key decision-makers and their internal partners and agenciesManage escalations from sales and account teams, as well as client escalations, as neededWhat you will bring to Ogury:Prior experience in digital and programmatic ad sales, including enterprise-level solutions sellingAn established network of relationships with advertisers and agencies, particularly in the CPG sectorStrong creativity and organizational skills, in addition to sales skillsEnthusiasm about working in a start-up environment, with a collaborative approach to teamworkA consultative and educative approach in partnering with clients to enhance their potential and strengthen relationships $125,000 - $145,000 a year
