CodaMetrix (CMX) is a multi-specialty coding AI-platform that translates clinical information into accurate sets of medical codes for patient care and revenue cycle processes, from fee-for-service to value-based care models. We are passionate about getting doctors away from the keyboard and back to clinical care. Job Description We are looking for a Sales Director experienced in selling complex technology to healthcare institutions. Successful candidates will have a background in sales in healthcare technology, have built relationships at major healthcare organizations, and be comfortable meeting with C-level executives, including CIO, Revenue Cycle Officers and Department Chairs (ie. Radiology, Pathology, Surgery and CFO). Responsibilities Drive the sales cycle from qualified leads to closingNurture relationships with prospects keeping them engagedSales demonstrations onsite and virtuallyAnswer prospect questions about the technologyEngage technical resources as needed during the sales process to respond effectively to detailed questions about implementation and workflowUncover pain points and opportunities for CodaMetrix to positively impact customersPromote the CodaMetrix vision and mission and effectively communicate our value proposition generating excitement and interest in our target marketAttend trade shows and industry eventsRequirements 10+ years of enterprise SaaSplatform sales experience in healthcare technologySuccessful sales track record, regularly exceeding targets2+ years of Salesforce experienceExperience in working in small sales organizations and startupsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same timeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSuperb problem solving skills and flexible attitudeAbility to think strategically as well as operationalize tacticsContribute to a positive, successful sales cultureBeneficial Experience Understanding of complex machine learning and artificial intelligence technologiesFamiliarity with Revenue Cycle Management solutionsFull-Time Employee Benefits Learn more about how we take care of our team.
