Responsibilities
• Oversee rental sales of all community apartments• Keep abreast of current market trends and competitors• Manage all leads from initial inquiry to move-in process• Build strong relationships with outside referral sources• Maintain budgeted occupancy and revenue• Generate qualified inquiries, referrals, tours, and closing rates• Conduct daily property walk through• Facilitate entire move-in process• Develop pre-call plan and strategy for advancing leads• Work in collaboration with Executive Director and leadership teams
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field• Or combination of education and sales experience• Minimum three to five years of successful sales experience• First Aid Certification/CPR/BLS preferred• Background clearances as required by government regulations• Must meet health requirements, including TB• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
