The Requirement Due to growth plans, success and the business strategy, the company is looking to recruit a full-time Sales Director.
Core Role & Responsibilities Strategic leadership of all sales matters for the company Ensuring strong awareness of all business development and sales opportunities Selecting the right tenders to bid for and overseeing this work Direct people management of a small team of Estimators Being proactive, updating Board colleagues on all sales opportunities, forecasts and leading on action where needed to ensure targets are met and customers are happy Experience & Fit Must have HVAC industry sales track records and knowledge – plenty of successful experience in bidding and tendering for work Expertise could be from having worked with companies in any of the following areas: Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Air Movement, Refrigeration, Fan Manufacturing and/or Air Handling Units Based in the North West or North Wales Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Hands on, driven, energetic, professional and a team player A strong character, dynamic, strategic, gravitas, confident and aspirational when it comes to leadership opportunities within growing companies The Opportunity A Board level appointment Excellent progression opportunities longer term towards leadership of the business A stable and financially strong business with high levels of repeat business A growing business that has key growth ambitions A company that provides a supportive environment
