We currently process millions of accounts for fintechs and large banks worldwide, from Latam and expanding into European and Asian markets, who launch next generation products using Pismo's resilient and innovative infrastructure.Pismo's growing list of innovative offerings include:

Card Issuing: A fully featured platform for Visa, Mastercard, or private level issuing of credit and prepaid cards. Pismo's platform allows its customers to control everything from client acquisition to account management. Digital Banking & Wallets: Pismo provides a transaction banking core for modern digital banking experiences, from easy client acquisition to enriched cash-in / cash-out operations and internal transfers / P2P transactions. Seller Management: From the onboarding to the daily management of each seller, Pismo's platform runs a workflow process with pertinent settlement and commercial parameters for each transaction, such as MDR, clearing rules, settlement requirements, and days to pay. Summary Pismo is expanding its commercial team in North America. We are seeking a senior sales professional to identify and generate new business opportunities across the country, selling our comprehensive portfolio of payments and banking technology solutions.

This specialist sales role requires a high degree of commercial acumen, business maturity, and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with demonstrated success in revenue growth strategies, including pipeline conversion and reducing time to revenue.

What you'll do Drive new client acquisitions and client growth through selling Pismo solutions.   Develop, grow, and execute against a pipeline of new opportunities within key markets and segments.   Work closely with other regional leaders and partners for regional coverage and revenue growth Minimum Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with payments and/or core banking solutions Proven track record in driving new client acquisitions.   Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed booking and revenue targets.   Experience deploying a sales methodology to accelerate deal closure through a value-based selling approach.   Demonstrated ability to partner with peers & seniors in other functional areas and across global regional teams.   Ability to work independently within a complex and competitive environment and manage multiple initiatives.   Strong financial acumen related to deal structures and value to execution to the partner ecosystem.   Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals.   Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross-functional stakeholders.   High level of problem-solving and project management skills.   Strong communication skills.   Ability to travel regionally if required.  (Desirable) Understanding of Pismo or its competitor's solutions; (Desirable) Pre-established relationships with some of the main financial institutions and BIN Sponsors in North America; -- Pismo is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that proudly pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
