As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll partner with various sales leadership to create, manage and execute onboarding as well as ongoing training and enablement for all members of our sales organization. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with department leaders and subject matter experts that span across Resilience, gaining exposure to leaders from across the company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, learning and development strategies, and the ability to drive transformation across the sales organization. This is a highly visible and high impact role and requires excellent coordination, collaboration and communication skills. The candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded.
\n ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives and growth goals, working directly with key stakeholders to organize specialized onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content for all sales teams within the company.Own onboarding experience end to end for our sales new joiners - ensuring that reps feel confident after onboarding and feel supported throughout the process. You will also create curated content for new team members and managers.Performance Optimization: Own 30, 60, 90 day certifications, track onboarding effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve new hire performance. Be a trusted partner to hiring managers providing feedback on new hire performance and recommend adjustments as needed. Ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date information on product features, competitive positioning, and market trends.Organize and facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team, focusing on sales techniques, tools, and product knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.Drive the adoption of CRM and other sales tools, ensuring they are leveraged effectively by the sales team and that sales productivity is continuously improving. Qualifications3+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development.Experience in an enterprise SaaS or Cyber Security company.Experience with GTM enablement programs, sales methodologies and best practices to increase revenue.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Setting strategic direction - The ability to work with stakeholders, understand needs and translate vision into a clear strategy is essential.Experience working within a global, cross-functional team environment at all levels within the organization to lead, influence, and continuously improve people and processes.Experience with sales enablement systems (i.e. Gong, HubSpot, etc.)Previous experience managing multiple initiatives and programs. simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Bachelor's Degree: A relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred. Light travel will be required.
