As a Sales Enablement Practice Leader, you will help sell and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. You and your team will be responsible for identifying new opportunities while designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions to drive partner and customer engagement on behalf of our clients. You will also lead and mentor a team of market researchers, technical content creation consultants, change managers, and business program management professionals to collaborate with our PMO and engineering teams, all working together with client stakeholders to ensure best practices and quality standards are followed.
\n ResponsibilitiesLeverage your deep understanding of the Giant Tech business to identify opportunities to sell and deliver our Sales Enablement solutions to new and existing clientsYou will work with our internal Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure they are well versed in our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for your practice area using briefings, up-to-date pitch decks, capabilities decks, and other to conduct regular account planning with our Customer Success teamYou will develop opportunities to integrate our Sales Enablement solutions with other reply practice area solutions like custom development, proof of concepts, partner and customer enablement programs and adoption-focused initiativesAs a Sales Enablement Practice Lead, you will identify new GTM opportunities based on the latest industry software and technology advancements and create new sales materials to support these effortsAs a practice lead, you will also be responsible to work with our project management and delivery leads, project-to-project to ensure your team delivers innovative, high quality, solutions, on-time and on-budget to our clientsYou will also lead, mentor, and onboard existing and new Sales Enablement consultants, reviewing their deliverables and providing feedback as neededProvide technical sales guidance, estimations, and grow opportunities by establishing deep relationships with prospective and existing clients. Assist in writing and proofing Statements of Work (SOWs) Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience working within the Microsoft and Giant Tech industry ecosystem, building successful programs and delivering Sales Enablement solutionsStrong knowledge of marketing and sales best practices within the Giant Tech industryDeep understanding of the Microsoft and traditional Giant Tech sales, channel marketing and industry ecosystemStrong communication skills are required, such as listening, presenting, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical individualsProven track record of driving technical pre-sales for sales pursuits and project extensions Preferred QualificationsExperience in Marketing Communications, branding, website UI/UXProficiency building complex bill of material (BOM) kits for delivery to sales teams in support of GTM campaignsExperience as a product manager or technical product manager for giant tech product releasesExperience consulting for giant tech companies to delivery complex programs and solutionsExperience working with engineering teams to deliver complex IT solutions
