Position Snapshot Range Energy is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Project Manager to join our team and drive the efficient execution of strategic sales, marketing, business development, and regulatory initiatives. The Sales Enablement Project Manager will work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, and will rapidly establish the right structure for driving on-time completion of prioritized tasks, coordinating dependencies between the commercial and engineering teams, and ultimately delivering on commercial objectives.. \n Inside the Role Lead and manage commercial-related projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure that project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.Work with stakeholders to define key objectives and due dates, and build out and manage appropriate project management tools that promote on-time execution and progress tracking against these milestones.Establishing and leading internal and external program alignment meetings to promote clear communication on project goals, schedule variances, risks, and outcomes.Provide occasional on-site and in-cab support for customer pilots, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any operational or technical issues during the trial phase. \n Range Energy's compensation package includes a competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and a generous benefits package. The salary range for Mountain View, CA based applicants is between $ 140,000-$200,000 annually. The total compensation will be determined based on multiple factors including domain knowledge, experience and location.
