Who You Are The Sales Enablement Specialist will empower Cardata's sales team, including Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to sell more efficiently and effectively. As a liaison between Sales and Marketing teams, this role streamlines sales operations, enhances productivity, and supports the team with targeted sales collateral and actionable insights to ensure success throughout the sales cycle.
\n What You'll Be DoingDevelop internal enablement tools and external collateral, including standardized presentation decks, one-pagers, and other materials to support the sales cycleSupport the execution of Request for Proposals (RFPs) through the appropriate upkeep and storage of core Cardata documentation and approved responsesCollaborate with the Content Team to advocate for sales content requests, including the production of high-impact, market-facing assets such as case studies, blog posts, and sales videos aligned with prospect needsAssist with regular social listening to aid in the production of market research reports, including SWOT analyses, product feature mapping, and Win-Loss performance insightsUpdate and maintain sales battlecards with the latest competitive insights, positioning strategies, and customer feedbackWork alongside the Director of Product Marketing to support new product launches by converting messaging into effective talking points and tools across sales channelsSupport the BDR Manager to refine and enhance outbound prospecting tools, including email templates, call scripts, and social outreach sequencesAssist in scaling training programs and implementing structured leveling frameworks for the sales teamOrganize and manage access to sales enablement tools within the internal content management platform (e.g., Guru) What You'll Bring2–3 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, or a related rolePreferred experience in SaaS, tech-enabled services, or managed servicesAdaptable, analytical, and a lifelong learner with a growth mindsetStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and conduct self-led researchHighly detail-oriented and process-focused with competencies in producing clear and organized documentationA natural storyteller who can simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging narrativesStrong written communication and presentation skills, comfortability with basic design (ex. slides)Self-motivated and capable of independently managing projects
