We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage data entry for lead generation processesOversee and deliver reporting on sales pipeline and lead statusManage email workflow for new client onboarding, and create follow-up schedulesMaintain consistent check-ins with clients through project completionCommunicate client requests internally to ensure timely responses for meeting requests and EarthCam University class applicationsCapture and document positive client feedback, and request permissions for marketing and PR useMaintain weekly reporting for clients who use third-party software integrationTrack positive and negative product feedback and escalate relevant issues to product management teamWho YOU AreAble to work independently and see tasks through to completionComfortable working as part of a teamA good communicator – both verbally and in writing.Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and organizedA problem solverQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems, Technology is preferredExperience in sales and the technology fieldStrong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skillsThe ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customersExcellent technical and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferThe EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
