JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct lead generation and prospecting to create new opportunities.Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings face to face, online, or over the phone.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers.Provide a regular report of sales opportunities.Coordinate with other teams to create timely, high-standard proposals, demos, contracts, and invoices for clients.Plan, monitor, and evaluate sales results to improve performance.Develop innovative and creative sales methods.Be proactive in developing and maintaining the required level of knowledge in bespoke software solutions, cloud, mobile apps, and new technologies.2. JOB REQUIREMENTS Fluency in verbal and written English is required (~IELTS >= 7.0). (Being able to use Japanese, Korean, and Chinese is an advantage.)Can relocate if required.At least 1 year of experience in the field of ITO.Driven to acquire high commissions.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Working experience in the IT industry, project manager, or product owner position is preferred.Familiar and comfortable with technology.Enthusiastic and passionate, prepared to seize opportunities and challenges.Priority is given to candidates who are international students in those countries and have practical work/intern experience at technology companies.3.
