Job Description: Drive sales growth by developing and implementing innovative strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones in the workers' compensation and P&C sector. Target high-impact clients, including insurance carriers and self-insured employers, by identifying key opportunities for workers' compensation and P&C claims management solutions. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships that drive business success. Showcase our services through compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the TPA's unique capabilities. Collaborate with leadership to create and execute dynamic sales plans that fuel business expansion and market presence. Lead business development efforts, including market analysis, new business opportunities, contract negotiation, and post-sale customer engagement. Focus on customer retention and growth by building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Manage and optimize your sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and activity reports to ensure consistent progress. Work closely with marketing and business development teams to maintain expertise in Workers Compensation, P&C, and MGA/TPA industry solutions.
