We seek a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Colombia, serving customers across the Americas. This role focuses on connecting with parents and students through consultative selling, building relationships, meeting sales quotas, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Engage parents and students to understand their goals and challenges Present tailored educational solutions Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop strategies for sales performance and pipeline conversion Achieve KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction Proactively contact prospects through multiple channels Build and nurture client relationships Ensure timely follow-ups Log all interactions in CRM system Follow established lead engagement processes Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and industry trends Use insights to address customer concerns effectively Work with marketing and student service teams Provide feedback to improve offerings and messaging Report on sales activities and pipeline progress Share insights for strategy improvement Location: Colombia-based Experience in consultative sales or customer-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with proven target achievement Self-motivated and independent Effective time management skills Education sector experience preferred CRM tools proficiency (training provided) Active listening and problem-solving abilities Comfort with cold calling Data-driven approach Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Comprehensive training and development Supportive team environment Clear growth trajectory This role suits dynamic individuals passionate about helping others achieve their goals while thriving in a high-performance environment.
