The Sales Executive position will be expected to sell at a high level before transitioning to a team lead and manager. We are an industry leader in selling life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare. This position includes uncapped income potential, with first-year commissions usually totaling between $50,000 to $100,000. You are vested from day one, meaning your journey to passive income begins with your first sale. The top 20 earners in our company make well into the 7 figures. Please note that this is a commission-only position!

Hard-worker: A commitment of at least 40 hours per week is required, as success is directly correlated with work ethic in our company. Driven: Promotions and income are based directly on performance. Successful: We seek candidates with a track record of success, whether in sports, business, or education. Long-term mindset: We want individuals who are willing to work hard today to reap the benefits of residual and renewal income for years to come. Must have an active driver's license and be willing and able to obtain a life insurance license. What's Provided: Hands-on training: Field training will be provided to ensure proficiency in the sales process. Flexible schedule: While the Sales Associate position includes a flexible schedule, each individual is expected to work 40 hours a week. Continuous coaching: We help agents learn while they earn. Coaches and upper management are available during all hours to assist agents during the sales process. Top-notch leads: We generate our own leads via direct mail, social media, internet websites, and a check lead system. Our leads are exclusive to our agents and are not sold outside of the agency.
