By equipping the brightest minds with the best resources available, we provide an invaluable edge in real estate.As a CoStar Sales Executive for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lenders, you will be responsible for growing the relationships with regional and community-based lenders. You will lead the sales strategy and goals with the objective of growing CoStar revenue while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our key lenders at every organizational level. RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement a comprehensive regional account strategy in coordination with the Senior Director of Lending and Risk AnalyticsCreate and develop relationships with key customers to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts. Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business and functional partners and the senior management teamCollaboration with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local officesProspect and sell named list of unsold firms within the lending account verticalRepresent CoStar by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionalsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree from an accredited/not for profit University or CollegeA track record of commitment to prior employersCandidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
