About the Role:

• Lead the sales team to deliver on revenue targets in line with business strategy
• Ensure sales strategies are aligned to business objectives and goals and that they reflect customer needs assessment
• Ensure appropriate use of technology tools for effective relationship building and opportunity creation
• Ensure that all team members are trained on the product proposition and understands how it meets customers' needs
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity and identify opportunities to leverage
• Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment of sales activities to marketing campaigns
• Continually review processes and systems used by the sales team to ensure best practice and optimal performance
• Coach and mentor the sales team through regular coaching sessions, training and development initiatives

About You:

• A proven track record in selling complex solutions within the legal industry
• Experience managing large teams of sellers
• Proven experience driving new sales growth
• Strong understanding of the legal services environment and key drivers
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently across different audiences
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building and negotiation techniques
• Proven ability to influence and drive change at senior levels in an organization
• Previous experience of working with cloud based software products would be advantageous
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling
• Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team

Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
