About the Role:
• Lead the sales team to deliver on revenue targets in line with business strategy
• Ensure sales strategies are aligned to business objectives and goals and that they reflect customer needs assessment
• Ensure appropriate use of technology tools for effective relationship building and opportunity creation
• Ensure that all team members are trained on the product proposition and understands how it meets customers' needs
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity and identify opportunities to leverage
• Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment of sales activities to marketing campaigns
• Continually review processes and systems used by the sales team to ensure best practice and optimal performance
• Coach and mentor the sales team through regular coaching sessions, training and development initiatives
About You:
• A proven track record in selling complex solutions within the legal industry
• Experience managing large teams of sellers
• Proven experience driving new sales growth
• Strong understanding of the legal services environment and key drivers
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently across different audiences
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building and negotiation techniques
• Proven ability to influence and drive change at senior levels in an organization
• Previous experience of working with cloud based software products would be advantageous
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling
• Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team

This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This job posting will close 09/30/2024.
