As an Account Manager at DollarDays, you'll play a pivotal role in generating sales through proactive outreach initiatives.
From initiating outbound calls to guiding customers through product offerings with a consultative approach, you'll have the opportunity to close new business opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time, IN-OFFICE, Monday to Friday, Account Manager position.
What YOU will be doing as the Account Manager : Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls as part of targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales opportunities.Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed purchase decisions.Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets through adherence to defined standards and processes.Customer Engagement: Maximize work time to optimize customer interactions, fostering positive sales relationships.Professionalism: Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and customer needs to provide effective solutions and support.
