Responsibilities - Sales Consultant: Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lotCommunicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needsBe the vehicle expertPerform demonstrations of new/used vehicles, presenting vehicle product information, pricing, and incentivesOvercome objectionsCreate rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer networkFollow-up with customers via email, text or US mail.Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads
Qualifications/Requirements- Sales Consultant: Prior automotive sales experience is not required.We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales!
If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!Motivation to be successfulSocial Media skills are a plus!Great customer service skillsMust be able to overcome objectionsProfessional appearance, good communication skills, strong negotiation, and presentation skillsMust be 21 and hold a valid in-state driver's license and automobile insuranceUpload resume and complete online assessment for immediate considerationMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
