The Creator Business Analysis team is seeking a Sales Insights Analyst to drive the strategic success of our paid Music Promotion products. Your work will impact product, sales, and GTM strategies, providing insights and encouraging data-driven decisions that craft our go-to-market and sales trajectory. In this pivotal role within the Music Promotion product area, you will craft compelling dashboards, perform deep-dive analysis, and build bespoke reports that showcase the effectiveness of our music promotion tools to industry buyers. Partnering closely with product and sales teams, your insights will inform strategic sales claims and nurture our largest client relationships. Strong SQL skills, technical competence, and a passion for sales applications will form the foundation of your success.
As part of the Business Analysis and Operations team, your work will extend across sales, product, marketing, and FP&A. Your deliverables will be key in driving the continued success of our partnerships with the music industry while enabling our business to operate more efficiently.
What You'll Do
Using SQL, create and maintain data facets, such as data tables, spreadsheets, dashboards, and query cookbooks, that enhance sales and GTM decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to craft clear, effective, and trustworthy sales claims that help position our Music Promotion tools in the industry
Maintain and update customer-facing benchmarks to enable partners to compare their campaign performance.
Conduct deep-dive analyses that demonstrate how to optimally use our tools, facilitating better budgetary decisions.
Develop custom reports for clients to ensure transparency, build trust, and support their growth.
Create presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
Serve as the liaison between the Sales GTM team and product teams to ensure synergy, especially around reporting.

An expert in SQL, capable of solving complex questions with simple queries while maintaining large queries that power your dashboards.

Eager to leverage analytical skills to drive business results, coming from a technical background, ideally in fields like computer science or statistics.
Preferably in an ad sales organization, looking for opportunities outside of the advertising industry.

This role will be based in our New York office.
The United States base range for this position is $ 86,690 - $ 123,844, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
