Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
About The Role:In the Sales Insights & Planning role, you'll shape our go-to-market strategy and drive data-informed decision-making across our sales organization. This position sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and analytics, offering the opportunity to significantly impact Notion's growth trajectory. You'll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and support key strategic initiatives.
What You'll Achieve:Establish best practices for sales & post-sales metrics and KPI reporting, contributing to a Center of Excellence for analytics and insights.Design and implement comprehensive sales performance dashboards.Support key leadership operating rhythms, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.Contribute significantly to annual Go-To-Market planning.Develop and maintain robust sales forecasting and capacity models.Distill and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges.Skills You'll Need to Bring:6+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or analytics roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in core sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach).Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Proactive and detail-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.Nice to Haves:Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).Experience driving near and long-range planning exercises.We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location and the candidate's experience, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000.
