Roles and Responsibilities:Research and identify potential leads or prospects through online research, social media, and databases.Qualify leads by evaluating their needs and matching them with appropriate products or services.Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or social media to maintain customer interest.Participate in customer calls or meetings, taking notes, and providing feedback to the sales team and the technical team.Assist in resolving customer queries and providing product or service information.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Provide insights and reports to help the sales team develop strategies.Help organize and execute sales campaigns, promotions, or events.Assist in creating content for social media or other marketing channels to support sales initiatives.Participate in training sessions to understand the company's products, services, and sales techniques.Learn about different sales strategies and tools used within the organization.Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.Provide feedback to other teams on customer needs and market conditions.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes for the sales team and management.Help with the creation and maintenance of sales materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product information sheets.Assist in maintaining and updating sales records and documentation.Who can applyOnly those candidates can apply who:
