We're looking for driven individuals who aren't afraid to engage with shoppers in-person to generate interest and simply schedule appointments-this is NOT a door-to-door position, but you MUST be proactive and comfortable striking up conversations!
Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or a full-time gig, we offer flexible hours Monday-Sunday including weekday evenings and weekend slots.
This opportunity will require you to work on-site in a retail store in the Phoenix area at one or more of the following locations: Queen Creek: Ellsworth & Rittenhouse Mesa: Sossaman and 60 Mesa/Gilbert: Country Club & Baseline Tempe: Elliot & Priest Phoenix: Grand Ave & 33rd Ave Our In-Store Sales Representatives (aka Lead Generator's) work in the field at our partner retail locations (think membership warehouses), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential water treatment and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement.
We're looking for motivated, sales driven & tech-savvy people to join our field team!
Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position!
This is not a door-to-door sales position; you will be able to take comfort in the A/C of a retail store!

We are also on the hunt for Lead Generators to work our trade shows starting in the new year!
These will be full-time gigs traveling store to store within the Phoenix valley generating sales leads.
Candidates with trade show, road show, or traveling kiosk experience are highly desired.

Responsibilities What Will I Do? Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company's products and services Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimates for product and services Attend required monthly meetings and trainings Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically Qualifications Do I Have What it Takes? Must be tech-savvy: comfortable using an smart phone & tablet to manage appointments and track sales utilizing apps such as Microsoft Outlook & Teams, UKG for time keeping, WinGen, and more Must be able to perform independently with minimal supervision Must have reliable transportation (espeically for Trade Show positions) Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Physical Demands/Work Environment: Standing/walking for sustained periods of time (in an air-conditioned building) The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
